Fingerprinting is done on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00-5:30p.m. in the Criminal Investigations section. FBI webchecks are $35 and BCI webchecks are $30. If you need both, it will be $55. Ink/rolled cards are $5 each. We accept cash or check made out to the City of Middletown. You will need to provide your driver's license, you will need to know where the results are being sent and you will need the code to use for the prints. Fingerprint Form (PDF)
Local background checks or retrieving a prior police record is done online by searching the Middletown Municipal Court website and then saving or printing your results. Records can be retrieved by following this link.
