Historic Preservation and Revitalization Plan

The City of Middletown has been working on updating the 1980 version of the Historic Preservation Plan with consultant, McBride Dale Clarion. Starting on April 3rd, 2025, public comments will be accepted on the new plan for two weeks. The public comment period will end on April 17th, 2025 and those who commented are encouraged to attend the regular Historic Commission meeting on April 17th, 2025 at 6:00PM in the City Building Council Chambers.
