Scott Tadych has been employed by the City of Middletown since 2000. He served as an Engineer, Senior Engineer and Assistant City Engineer prior to being promoted to Public Works & Utilities Director in 2013. Mr. Tadych holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. He is a member of the American Public Works Association and American Water Works Association.
