Well first off when trying to comply with and by the system myself if those whom are supposed to be protecting and serving our community were implying themselves in a positive manner instead of incriminating themselves. If that were to happen then Middletown would be turned around in a heartbeat!!!

Well first off when trying to comply with and by the system myself if those whom are supposed to be protecting and serving our community were implying themselves in a positive manner instead of incriminating themselves. If that were to happen then Middletown would be turned around in a heartbeat!!!
