The City of Middletown is accepting applications for an experienced Computer Programmer/Analyst to accomplish system maintenance of the City's various computer systems, to include web development, application development, desktop support, and support of the City's mobile systems. Position requires good systems analysis and programming skills. Applicants should have a solid background in common operating systems and programming languages. Applicants must be able to install and configure new software, program software modifications, train new users, and design and create database-driven applications and websites. Applicants must also be willing to work outside of normal business hours when required.
